Pleasure trip
Need upgrading no hand rails in shower-tub, and low toilet. They are in the process of upgrading it looked like. Patio door didn’t lock, had to use a piece of tubing. Was clean and friendly.

At check in asked if a different bed type was available and was completely ignored by staff. It was clear they did not want to do any extra work. Bathroom smelled strongly of mildew. Bed was way too soft and uncomfortable

Liked the renovated room, however it was easy to hear the surrounding noises in your room. TV remote is very hard to understand. Unable to get the shows we wanted. Couldn’t turn volume up. Our ac fan in room only ran for about five minutes at a time after I kept turning it up a notch. Would not kick in on its own. Wasn’t impressed with breakfast. Liked having a balcony. Beds were comfortable.
