We have been staying here the past couple years for the air show. It’s convenient, the breakfast is good and the area is quiet. It works well for what we need, and the staff is very friendly.

Staff were friendly, however, during the Oshkosh Airshow, the hotel was very understaffed. Our room did not get basic cleaning service (despite requesting this on check-in). When I called reception for clean towels, they asked me to come collect them, as there was only one staff member at the front desk and they were not allowed to leave the station.

Good: The bed was comfortable. Big room with lots of open space. Bad: the shower tub didn’t drain, the shower head leaked and sprayed over the curtain and there was dust and hair on ledges in the shower. The smoke detector batteries were low and beeped all night long and progressively got more frequent keeping us up. Staff said they’d tell maintenance, who wasn’t even in the next day.

Check in was quick and easy, the workers at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast. We came and went with ease and no one bothered us. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The best Hotel in Ripon. Fast Friendly Easy Check In Comfortable clean rooms The pool area was okay. Needs to put out more towels for guests. Wonderful Breakfast. A lot to choose from. Will definitely stay here again

Great location for exploring the Ripon/Green Lake/Princeton area. Loved the large room size -and the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel. Included breakfast was a plus! Would definitely return.
