A perfect location to explore both north and south Forks. Rooms really spacious for a family, recently renovated and clean The breakfast in the morning was great and included also. Pool was great for kids.

Enttäuschend und unfreundlich.

Pros: Der Fluss davor und die Ausflüge , die wir unternahmen.
Cons: Ja, das hotel so nicht empfehlen.
Location: In Riverbed Long Island. Wunderschöne Ausflüge mit Auto ans Meer, die Dünen und in die umliegende Landschaft mit grossen Wäldern.
Empfang: Unfreundlich, in einem Englisch sprechend, das ein Tourist mit doch akzeptabel guten Englischkenntnissen nicht versteht- man gab sich absolut keine mühe! Die Leute grüssten nicht, auch der Chef des Hotels nicht, sondern sie lasen Zeitung im Empfang. Die einzig sehr freundliche Person war die Zimmerfrau. Das Frühstück ist mager, alles mit Plastikgeschirr und Kartonbecher welches wie im billigsten Selbstbedienungsrest. selber abgeräumt werden musste, bietet auch kulinarisch sehr wenig. Der Kaffee lässt man besser oder muss sich einen Espresso auch im Pappbecher für 5Dollar kaufen! ein Restaurant gibt es im Haus nicht. Die Lage wäre schön am Hafen, wenn nicht der grosse Parkplatz davor wäre. Leider hatte das Zimmer keinen Balkon + man konnte auch das Fenster nicht öffnen. Im Ganzen würden wir dieses Hotel niemandem weiter empfehlen, schade!
