The wife and I needed a getaway from the kids so we packed our bags and left the kids with her parents and set out for a weekend at the vineyards. I’m a Hilton honors member so I usually stay at Hilton brand hotels so this was my first Hyatt stay in a while. I was impressed with the service at the front desk. There was no wait when we arrived. Our room was clean with a great view of the harbor next door. We checked out the pool yesterday but the real hidden gem is next door. The generically named: Seaside Grill Restaurant which we could see from our window is a little off the beaten path actually behind the Main Street and in between two buildings and operating out of a trailer. Despite the odd location the food is spectacular and service was pretty great too. A great stay overall.!

Hyatt Place East End was a very nice stay. Clean facilty, nice breakfast included, 2 pools. Would have like to see out door bar by the pool open.

Best place to stay in Riverhead. Close to Aquarium and Suffolk Theater. Many restaurants within walking distance. Hotel itself was clean and had nice amenities. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Always a Pleasurable Stay

The staff is professional and efficient. We love the location on the river in Riverhead. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Of course, the breakfast was amazing as usual.

This place is awesome. They let us check in early, cause like always we left home too soon. The beds are stupid comfortable, and the water pressure, even high up, is good. Can't say enough about the staff. They served us drinks at 11am while they finished cleaning our room. What else could you want?
