Terrible breakfast. Bacon was not done and all clump together. Eggs tasted like rubber. Upon checking out, I had to throw my key cards over-the-counter… All staff was sitting on the front porch smoking.

Great little place to stay. Reasonably priced and close enough to the National Park. Pet friendly and they even honored our request for end of hall room for our doggie

The staff at the front desk needs to be retrained. I will never stay at this place again. The rooms were very nice and the lady at the breakfast area was outstanding . I should have been warned as the lady was rude to the person ahead of me. She tried to tell me I signed a paper agreeing with the terms when I asked for it she showed me an unsigned paper. I had signed a paper but it had different info on it. When I pointed that out she said that they threw away the paper I signed because there was a mistake. Of course hotel.com couldn’t do anything because it was not one of their employees. I said I would call comfort inn and was told that they were a chain and comfort inn couldn’t do anything and told me not to call them. I learned a very valuable lesson. Do not use hotel.com and book with comfort inn.

Room design was a major drawback for us. The shower and toilet are in a separate room but the sink is along the wall near the door. Even for couples, it's not very convenient and made the room seem very small. The lack of towel rods didn't help. Cleanliness was also a problem. The whole hotel needed a good clean. Housekeeping seemed overloaded.

We were just staying one night as we were passing through. Ideal location for the interstate. Decent sized room and nice breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

The AC ran all night but the room didn't cool down until we opened a window. It was cooler outside than in the room even after 4 hours of running full blast.
