Nice place to stay when visiting Mayo Clinic

Very friendly and efficient staff. Well appointed general areas and room. Very clean. Only minus is the long walk to the over populated elevator with both guests and maintenance staff using.

The Aspen Suites was clean but a bit dated. The parking is underground which is secure. However, it is very tight for large vehicles. The breakfast was basic but served on time. The front desk staff and breakfast attendant were polite.

Positive Stays

I’ve stayed at the Aspen Suites almost everytime I’ve visited Rochester. I like the property because of its amenities. First I like the Suite set up. More room and the kitchenette is nice. I also like the breakfast’s which are more than just cold cereal and coffee. I also like the snack at night, which can fill the eating void. Lastly, the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great service!

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Included breakfast had more options that many hotels. Room was clean. However, the furniture was worn. Additionally, the room smelled musty. (It may have been located over the pool.)

So helpful!

I was there with 2 friends and one of them going to Mayo. The hotel was so accomodating with our uncertainty. They were so reassuring about being able to leave early if appointments not obtained this week. Thanks! If a visit to Mayo is needed in the future Aspen Suites is my 1st choice.
