I am immunocompromised and when I went to breakfast there were no tongs to pull pastries out of the box. The waffle maker was not working. We were there for the Mayo Clinic and were told we could not get the Mayo discount because we did not book directly through them. Air conditioner/heater very loud in room. Thought it was someone getting ice as our room was right by the ice machine.

Shuttle to mayo is route bus and ends too early for late appointments at clinic. 5PM. Breakfast is OK, continental only. The waffle was made fresh by yourself and pretty good.

It is a great motel. Only thing I wonder about ,there was a balled up sock on floor, how did they clean the carpet and miss the sock!
