Overall the room was fine. Had a great view of the amazing mountains from my room. The place needs a bit of maintenance. The shower tub was old and appeared to be dirty along with the caulking etc. the bath towels were sized for a baby and the pillow were probably 20 years old. For the price I can’t complain too much

We needed a low cost place to spend the night. Not fancy and not much for Breakfast. But we had a comfortable night there and was what we wanted

Bathroom appliances lacking but room clean and qui

The room was clean and the area was quiet. The only issues were the sink didn't drain well and the bathtub has no stopper, so i had to use a washcloth. In addition, the bathtub needs resurfacing. It looks dirty but is just old.

The employees was really nice! Otherwise … the room was dirty. One of the 2 beds had a yellow spot on the sheet. There was dirty spots on the walls ( brown spots above the toilet paper, brown and black spots on the wall near the beds, …). In other words if you want something really clean, it’s not for you…

The staff here were wonderful and the room itself was as clean as I think it can get. But the property was very dated and needs some updating and love. The water heater was leaking a few hours after I arrived so there was no hot water and the parking lot had broken glass and trash every where. The property was very noisey as well. I got woken up several times by people screaming and yelling outside and vacuuming or drilling done right behind my room. Not exactly sure what was going on, but it made me feel unsafe. There were a few drunk people that came storming up the stairs and were arguing with each other at 230am, so that was frustrating that the walls were so thin that I could hear everything. Again, the staff were amazing and kind and my room was okay but the property as a whole could use some updating and serious cleaning.

Buckle up buttercup. This. Was. A. Nightmare. Everything was fine until we opened our room. Staff was chill and pretty friendly at first during check in. We enter the room, first thing we notice was a fairly large clump of hair on one of the pillows. After getting a new pillow from the staff, we noticed a speck on the sheets. We brushed it off and kept unpacking. A few minutes later there there were more specks and they were crawling all about. We informed the staff. They proudly claimed that they inspect their rooms daily and that it would be very unlikely that there were bugs in the bed and they said “they had never had bugs in THAT room.” Which I find suspicious (like ma so you’ve had bugs in the other rooms?!) They came to inspect it themselves, one of them noticed a bug, to which the other replied it was nothing and brushed it off. They then told us they had inspected it every few days, not everyday. They said there was no evidence of bugs and refused us a refund. We booked our stay at the super 8 in rock springs a town over. It was great. Very clean and accommodating. Would recommend if you’re staying in the area.
