Hotel in great location (5 min walk to Hard Rock Casino, Steak n Shake, bus stop to Downtown Rockford). Fair price. Room clean/warm (able to adjust temperature) with comfortable bed & bath/shower. Free breakfast. Hotel reception are helpful & polite. Best hotel in Rockford.

Very clean and nice unit, however it was quite cold outside as was I when I got inside only to find that the heat was turned down to 53°. Totally understand the cost saving measure by doing so, but I had made a reservation in advance and was surprised that the heat had not been turned up. I had to sit inside with my jacket on for 20 minutes until it warmed up enough which I was less than happy about after spending 11 hours driving.

Its a place to sleep but be careful

The walls had stuff on it from the previous people don't know how long it's been. I had people banging on my door trying to get into my room.will not go back $100 deposit for a under $60 room paid weeks in advance

i like that the place has been remodeled and under new management. the room was bright,clean and inviting.all new fixtures and the bathroom was clean ,the bed was clean and neat. the room did not smell of smoke or did not smell moldy or old.. i was very pleased with my visit.

Overall everything was fine. Check in and check. I was very easy and the girl at the desk was wonderfully polite. I thought that the breakfast program was a little on the skimfish side only hot thing offered was waffles. The bread options was white, red or wheat bread. There was oatmeal offered. The juices were watery but the area for the breakfast area was clean and very well kept

The property was quiet and in a good location. The rooms were not cleaned very well and worn out but still very usable.
