Conveniently located to concert venue. First room we were given had strange smell and staff immediately found us another room that was fine. Had all the essentials and was clean. Easy check in/out.

Clean hotel close to restaurants and shopping

Staying here for a week while working overnight so sleeping during the day. Front desk argumentative about wanting to come in the room in the afternoon to clean 2 times. Asked for them to come in as early as possible and still showed up after 10 AM when I got back to the room at 7 AM to sleep. I understand if they need to check the room but be more flexible and don’t argue and make someone talk to 3 different people. Will not stay here again due to the inflexibility of staff. Otherwise everything else was good.

Great Stay

I can't say enough about the manager and staff. There was a mix-up on the room between Hotels and them. They went ahead and honored the booking and rate we had. Two bedroom suite was great with separate living area, two bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 kitchenettes. Also a great hot and cold breakfast in the morning. Would book again.

We had issues with a dirty bathroom and bed. I know this happens when you have employees who doesn’t do their job. But the supervisor over house keeping made it right and up graded us to a very clean suite(no upgrade charge) since they didn’t have any other rooms available. Started out bad but was made right.

The receptionist at the desk was a bit curt. After driving 11 hours to get there I felt a bit lectured to about not smoking or having a pet in the room (not sure why she felt the need to offer the lecture). The room was fine. The area around the hotel is being redeveloped.

Besides, a big grass spider on my nightstand, and the fact the receptionist thought I had lost my mind because I wanted some milk for my coffee rather than Cremora processed chemicals, it was a good stay.
