Mario was very welcoming and gave good directions to the B&B. It's in a lovely old building on the 5th floor . The area was very safe and some lovely restaurants close by along with other shops. All the main sites are walkable and lovely way to see the city. Mario was very helpful with some local knowledge and booked us a taxi for our homeward journey to the airport. Imelda the lovely lady who looked after us at breakfast and tidied our room was welcoming and very helpful. B&B had everything we needed, was very clean and the breakfast of yoghurt, french toast, croissant and coffee was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The property owner was extremely helpful as was the lady who prepared breakfast and cleaned. The only downside were a couple in the next room who thought it okay to make a noise, laugh and talk till 2:00am. not the owner fault but, unfortunately sound transmitted through the wall. A 15min walk from the Termini Station and walking distance to many of the major sites in Rome.

The location of this property is the best, you feel safe walking at anytime of the day, the restaurants are wonderful Pizzium, el fornio de Sofia and every single place place in the area. But the highlight of this property is Mario, his hospitality, his smile, his knowledge of Rome and his sweet accent showing you places to go, buses to take, ways to go around. He truly make you feel at home. Who needs a five start hotel when you can feel like home, with a wonderful breakfast every morning and a person who greeted with the best Roman smile you can find?. I do recommend this place with a high 10. Thanks Mario to made us feel home. We do miss your face every morning.

Very convenient for bus & trains. Not in a touristy area. Lots of surprisingly good restaurants. Would recommend for inexpensive B&B. Friendly & helpful owner who looked after us very well.

Fantastic location and was near some of the best authentic local restaurants we enjoyed while in Rome. Mario was extremelyattentive to am of our questions and gave great suggestions for dining as well as navigating the city. When we return this is where we will stay again. Highly recommend!

I like that it was in a neighborhood. It was safe walking at night with nice little restaurants close by. Easy to walk to train and sights. We had an updated and good size room! The owner was warm and friendly. He was very helpful and accommodating! We would stay there again!

Very nice hotel with excellent location just few minutes walk from Termini train station..very nice resaturants just round the corner..The only thing is tv in room could be bigger ^_^... overall good value for money
