Sorry, but our suite was very disappointing. We have stayed here before in standard rooms and have been happy. I rented a suite because we had our teenage grandson with us and wanted more room and extra TV. However, the furniture was shabby and dirty. The bathroom needed deep cleaning and tile repair and walls caulked and painted. We will look for some other place in the future.

The rooms were not that clean. we asked for do not disturb and we had the employees coming in and out of our room.

It was run down. Our AC didn't work. The light switch in the bathroom was so loose we had to set the switch in the middle for the light to stay on. I was afraid we'd get electrocuted.

Breakfast was delicious

Nice and clean but tube could use a facelift and new paint other then that quiet and comfortable and the Breakfast was delicious

There is no hot tub as advertised, even though it is smoke-free, the electronics room on the first floor by the smoking bench reeked of marijuana, the pool stunk like feces and mildew, the water in the shower wouldn’t heat up past lukewarm, the entry gate off the parking lot was left propped open all night. Reported to y’all; no response from customer service. Will be disputing the charge with my bank, using the chat as documentation.

Previous tenants items were in the refrigerator. Bathroom electrical outlet loose. Toilet seat broken and toilet not working properly. Pool extremely cloudy. Dirty. Got room pretty cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was very nice.

Do not stay here

This hotel was NOT what was advertised. Said it had indoor and outdoor pool but only indoor. No elevator and water stains everywhere. Way outdated and not worth the money.

The front desk attendant was so sweet and funny. When we walked in it the facility smelt so clean. Good variety at breakfast, and all staff I came in contact with were friendly. The only thing that would have been nice, is if the AC was on in the room. I walked in and it was so hot, and took a while for the AC to cool down the room. Also, there is a sign on the AC unit stating that the AC was controlled by the thermostat on the wall, but there actually was no thermostat on the wall. I was a little frustrated looking for it, and when I called the front desk attendant, she was not sure if there was one or not.

We had a problem checking in. Trying to sleep and noisy children jumping on floor above us until 11 pm. I called the front desk, clerk said she would take care of it. 12 pm still kids thumping and jumping upstairs. Bed was not made properly and top sheets dirty
