Very nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable after a long drive from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. I travelled with my dog. I wish that the room was on the main floor for those who have dogs. I was at the second floor and there was no elevator.
The only issue was the coffee maker. There was dirty water (staled water) in the coffee machine in the room.
I have stayed here several times over the last couple years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is always clean and the beds are comfortable.
Passing through so just a single night stay. Was sent a text to my phone by the property earlier in the day to do an early check in which is handy. When I arrived all I had to do was give my name and I was handed the room keys. Only staff member I encountered was the person at the desk who gave me the key, they were polite and quick. Room was clean, everything worked. Only one thing that may be a negative to some is walls are a little thin. Could here people in room above move about. This only being mentioned to alert others who may have issues with this, not a big deal for me and I’d stay here again for sure.
