Comfort and Chickens

The Paul and Marcie House is filled with memories of my parents, my brother, and even me. I have replaced what was once paneling and dark woodwork to bring the light and airiness my mother always wished for. There are many childhood relics, including vintage Sports Illustrated magazines, comic books, 45 rpm records, Valentines from my father's elementary school years, and even a Pig Extractor from my grandparents' farm. My endearing chickens live nearby, and you'll get to sample their eggs!
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Johnson Regional Medical Center. Features include free breakfast and laundry facilities. The holiday home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Rules

Leave the house as you found it and ready for the next guests. All appliances should be thoroughly wiped clean.
All trash should be bagged and placed in the receptacles in the carport. Recycled items should be sorted and not just thrown together.
Place all used towels in a hamper and put it in the laundry room. I will launder the towels and linens, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
