They are in the middle of renovation and the workmen respected the “quiet time” hours. Also, I previously stayed here before the renovation and they are doing a fabulous job

It was okay, under some construction, the ice machine was broken, but the staff brought us up a bag of ice. That was nice.

This property is under construction. I was among the few guests other than a crew from a copper mine that is living there and it was clear that work was being done. I would not have booked here if I’d known that.

We’ve stayed here previously because it’s much better than the other more budget friendly places, but this trip was a little less comfortable….. they are renovating which should make things nicer but we found the beef to be significantly less comfortable than the older mattresses. And the front desk failed to notify us that an hour before checkout we would have no water because of plumbing work in the other units.

Loud and poor breakfast choices.

Person at reception when we checked in was awesome, however things went downhill from there. The hotel is currently renovating the rooms and all the old chairs are outside the rooms. One of the guests was sitting out front of his room right next door smoking so the smoke was drifting right into our room. The other guests sat outside near our room drinking, smoking and talking loudly until late in the evening. Then at 4 am people started getting up and leaving for work, its hard to sleep thru the racket of trucks and loud voices. We then tried the breakfast, what a joke! The offerings were cold cereal, instant oatmeal and mini muffins wrapped in plastic.

I am very happy at the staff and friendly crew at this place, but I know the time we had to book they were undergoing renovations and the conditions are not stellar until the clean up and refurbishing is complete. Good online prices for a decent room to spend a night in.

The property is being renovated and is looking good. Beds are great, noise between rooms is virtually non existent, in my experience. Other than a very minor concern with a construction crew staying there, this is shaping up to be a nice property. See you next week!

when first entering the towel hang by sink had what looked like human poop like someone wiped there butt then took time to fold and rehang it. tons of miners from out of state working there all they do is drink out beer out side there rooms stare at you, they all have been living there for 5 months they cook in there rooms the person next to me food was so bad over powering smell we had to put towels on bottom of door and stuff tissue paper in between the door and the door jam to keep the smell on top if restroom fan and ac blowing on high. i leave for work take all my belongings because there was no do not disturb sign. so i get back the bed looks like someone laid in it the chair that was there was gone and replaced with a totally different chair the worst hotel stay ever in my whole entire life by far!!!!!!!!!!

I had asked for a downstairs room, because I had a disabled senior. When I got there only rm I could get was upstairs. Had to take my sister in law up stairs (with 1 leg) up to flight s of stairs! Good thing there was a couple staying there that helped me! Then 2 doors down the guys had their music the loudest they could have it. Asked them to lower it,but they said they could play it up to 10:00! After that there was loud arguments and fighting! Never ,ever again!!
