Had an "okay"stay. Ran into an issue with the way the door locks but after maintenance came over to explain i felt reassured. Even in the lock position from inside the unit you can still turn the knob to open. It doesnt make me feel safe because in my mind, its unlocked. If its locked the knob should not turn however, it wont turn from the outside. Not a deal breaker but, best be aware. First thing I noticed was how very clean and modernistic it "looks". Even for a small unit you do still have a lot of space. The bathroom is small however very managaeable. Nothing to complain about. However, everytime i leave a hotel i always gather up towels, garbage, and bed sheets and linens to help housekeeping in their effort to clean. It's the least i could do. On the day of checkout i ripped the blanket and top sheet off of the bed where the bed still has the cover on it still and discovered two large yellow stains. One on the sheet/blanket and another on the bed sheet. Two different sizes and colors in two different areas signifying that its two different instances. I was repulsed by this knowing i just laid in this for 2 days. I told the front desk as i was leaving to give them a heads up and they just asked if it was on the bed or blanket. I told them on both. He said okay and that was that. No apology. No cause for concern. Im concerned i laid there in someone elses recycled sheet and blanket for 2 days. I do have pictures but app wont let me attach. The hotel was far off the highway- that’s our fault. We should have looked into it better. It was small - that’s ok - we were only staying to sleep It wasn’t clean - the bedspread had stains - the bathroom had stains on the wall The water smelled awful - we didn’t flush the toilet - the stink was so bad

I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very nice & helpful. It was very quiet & peaceful. Great location for going to VA Hospital in town. My only complaint was a problem with the wifi, but only after a thunderstorm came through - was ok for 2 nights prior but iffy afterwards (3 nights). I didn’t want to bother them about it again since they had reset everything already.

Great choice

It’s a great stop. (The only problem I had was with the fridge because it was tiny, with a super tiny freezer compartment, and it leaked a fair amount of water inside.) The location is great and it feels safe.

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel as it was close to an event we had plans for. The room was okay but the bathroom was very small and the door did not latch. The air conditioner had a strange smell when I turned it on and when we went outside to our vehicle we somehow got locked out of the room. Then we had an emergency and needed to cut our stay short by a day. I asked about a refund for the day we were unable to stay and I was told they couldn't issue one as I booked my stay through Expedia, well I contacted Expedia and explained the situation and they contacted the hotel who refused to give us a refund. Basically they lied to us when they said they were unable to do anything because we booked through a 3rd party. They could have given us a refund for the one night but simply refused (I did not plan to have an emergency cut our trip short). Also, when we were being checked in our credit card information was manually entered and I watched as they saved the card information on their tablet (like you can do on your phones to use it again) when I questioned why I was simply told they had too.
