Overcharged coffee

Rooms and lobby were clean and comfortable. But not being able to get courtesy coffee in the lobby is extremely rediculous. Having to buy 3 cups of coffee, is absurd. Want to charge for breakfast, still absurd, but at least give coffee. The in toom coffee maker was small and dont tryst that no mold sitting in the water fill..so.. rethink your policy

Checked in quite late after a long drive. We were greeted immediately at the front desk and given bottle waters. The room was very clean and comfortable - we weren’t there long but we had a great experience.

The staff had excuses for everything; they were generally acting like we the clients were a pain in the butt; found an open chip bag under the sofa; pull out sofa was Terrible! Highway noise was obvious and loud; no free breakfast; overall the service was bad, both at night and in the morning (example : “where is your gym? Read the directions on the wall”). Terrible

Clean but no Coffee/food

If all you want is clean and friendly, this is the place for you. I would not go here again due to no coffee/food available without purchase. Not inexpensive. But, you can walk across the street and get whatever you want less expensive. I take part of the blame as I assumed there was coffee in the lobby and free breakfast in the morning.

Kept getting phone calls throughout the night. Front desk didn't know why and told us to unplug our phone. Didn't realize there were multiple phones in the room and kept getting calls. Pool area was very dirty and didn't have towels when we went.

I specifically called the property and asked if the hot tub was working and if it was hot. She said it was all working great. So I made a reservation. We got there checked in and went down to get in the hot tub. It was samn near cold and super dirty. Temp of "hot tub" was 88. Temp of pool was 82. Woke up today and went to eat breakfast. The lady at the counter was not friendly when ordering our food. Pancakes must have been gluten free. They were gross. I paid $13 for avocado toast. It was a very small piece of bread cut in half.
