Good stay but overpriced on this site

Clean hotel convenient to the docks. Good value but I’d recommend booking through the hotel and not this site. Hotels.com charged me a lot more than the hotel itself charges for a room.

Clean and updated

Looks plain from the outside. Rooms have been updated. They are clean. We had a king room, plenty of room, 3 chairs (many other more expensive places we have stayed at had only have 2). Full refrigerator, large freezer, though no icemaker. Have to get ice from the front desk. We brought ice packs, so all was good. Plenty of parking. We stayed mid-week, few guests so cannot remark much on how quiet the rooms are. Check-in/out staff friendly and knowledgeable. Very close to food and tourist sites. On the marina.

Inside is better than outside

The motel is undergoing renovation, and the exterior is not finished. Our room was refurbished, clean, and comfortable. During the pandemic we are looking for places where each room has its own ventilation system, so this fit the bill. The family that owns and runs the motel are friendly and helpful.

I can't really fault them. The place was under renovation and, I'm not sure if something weather related was the cause. The appliances in the hotel room looked dated and well worn. Other than that, the rates were reasonable. It's a good local motel to stay in but, don't expect resort quality.

The hotel manager and staff are amicable and courteous in their efforts to assist all guests with concerns/ issues. The rooms are spacious, furnished, and are comparably luxurious when compared to expensive studio apartments in major cities. I would book here again and possibly explore the bay nearby next time.. .

Super friendly staff, very nice. The place was exactly what we needed. A clean place to stay for the night. The property was under renovation, but the rooms were clean and quiet throughout the night. Would stay again.
