This is the worst springhill suites i have stayed at. Hair on the floor spots all over all mirrors...funky smell. Deskclerk was unfriendly and tried to charge me twice.

The bathroom towels had hair from previous guests or something, that was gross, also there was hair on the floor in the restroom(it wasn’t our hair because we are not blonde). We didn’t asked for a different room because we had unpacked already and we were so tired to pack and move everything again. This place is in a convenient area and is not too cheap either to get a dirty room basically.

For a family wedding, we had 4 rooms to hold everyone. It was a fabulous place to stay and prepare for the wedding of our granddaughter! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The closet space was amazing! The bathroom was spacious with good counter space. The breakfast each morning was different and very good, with lots of options. The staff at the front desk were all super friendly and kind. There was also good charging spaces for our devices.

The hotel looks very good and in great condition we arrived at the hotel and we wait 20 minutes for a front desk person we don’t know where he was but other than that everything was very good

Our room was exactly as pictured. The hotel is conveniently located near many food & shopping businesses. We stayed overnight as we were attending a concert, finding a last minute uber was a breeze. Our king size bed was so comfortable, it felt like a cloud after a long night. The water was nice and hot as well. We missed breakfast but free breakfast is included.
