This hotel was horrible. Cockroaches in the room, paint peeling, bed was disgusting, fridge and microwave dod not qork, room smelled like pot, no batteries in remote ao n way to watch tv. We had to go buy our own pillows and blankets because we could not sleep on the sheets. It was supposed to be a 2 night stay but after the first night we went and found a new hotel and just took the loss on the money. Do not waste your time and money at this place!
The room was not as advertised and smelled musty. As I was checking the mattresses for bed bugs (which they didn’t have) a roach crawled out of the sheets. I notified staff and they not only seemed unfazed and unbothered but actually accepting of what I told them. They were quick to process the cancellation and refund although I was told it would take 7-10 days for the refund.
Booked this location as a last minute situation, the location and pictures provided online made it seem convenient and pleasant. Checked in upon our arrival evening. Provided with a room entered room smelled like moth balls, nothing a bit of body spray can’t fix. Went to bed, loud noise on adjacent room back wall, woke up in the morning shower water was extremely low pressure and toilet water not filling as normal, small cockroaches visible in restroom. Went to check out extremely early 8am informed clerk and response was she wasn’t sure why we were provided with a room that has been out of service for 3days due to previous tenant long stay. Asked for my deposit and room pay and was told I should have informed last night when I clearly informed her we booked room late evening and arrived from out of town late with tired kids we went straight to bed and noticed all this morning as we are attempting to get ready for the day. Refused room refund only thing getting back is scheduled deposit find. It was extremely disappointing the lack of knowledge of night shift staff to provide a room not in service and in part day shift not providing refund clearing acknowledging their mishap and even giving me detail of previous tenant long overstay and moving him to different room. Disappointing Service.
We didn’t even stay! We pulled in and had to check the address, I went in and checked in got our key and made our way to the room. I don’t know where they got the pictures from for their hotel but it definitely was not their hotel!!! It was dirty dingy and smelled as you walked the hallway. Our door was loose and barely latched, the door across the hall looked as if it had been kicked in. Opened our door and was hit by a strong pungent smell of cigarette smoke and weed smoke even though it was a no smoking room. The floors were dirty and gross looking and the bedding was covered in stains. I turned my husband and 3 kids around and told them we will find something else or sleep in our car!
It was the only one available in town, I made check-in and checked-out after entering the room and saw that the sheets had blood stains, and it smelled like someone was smoking inside even it had a sign on the door as a non-smokong room, of course I didn't get refund and preferred to drove 7 hours back home 😣
It doesn’t look anything like the pictures!!! Me, my daughter and niece were scared to sleep out of fear of bed bugs!! It was poorly cleaned, no smoke detectors, bathroom was filthy and unsanitary. I had to go to another store just to purchase sheets and blankets because all the blankets had cigarette holes in them. I slept with 2 chairs in front of the door because the additional lock was broken. It was absolutely filthy!!!!! I will be reaching out to corporate
