Room service very bad
They take your towels everyday to wash it but do not replace with new ones, we had to go to the lobby and request new towels everyday, they said they did not have towels to replace it in the meantime and we had to wait. This was unacceptable. They did not have do not disturb message to put in your door, and also offered a fresh, healthy and hot breakfast and there was only bread and packages, nothing healthy.

Clean and convenient to shopping area, quiet place. Friendly staffs The bed was comfy and room service everyday without asking. ☺️ I didn’t get a chance to take a bathtub since no water stopper but not a big deal.

i dont like leaving leaving bad reviews.. but only excepted $100. cash deposit, the pool was closed with no explanation & above all there were roaches running in my room & get this one i had to kill a scorpion in my room. changed floors & only had to fend off the roaches on the top floor.. sorry for this review but people should know about this place. the beds were comfy & bath room was clean.

Required $100 cash only deposit which I had to leave and come back to do. They locked the gates surrounding the parking lot at night and forgot to open them during the day which made entering and exiting a pain. Cockroach was living in my sink drain and kept making an appearance when using the sink multiple nights. Breakfast was not full even right when it opened up and didn't have much variety. The TV in room wasn't very user friendly and was old technology. My room was clean and the staff made my bed, threw out the trash, and gave me clean towels every single day which made me feel taken care of. The staff was very friendly.
