Doc's Place has been in the family for generations and now they want to share the special ambiance with you. This 3BR/1.5BA home is in the perfect location--rural feeling with acreage and just minutes to town. Enjoy views from both the front and back patios, as well as back patio gas fire pit. Secluded and private, yet so close to shopping and wineries. Two minutes to Peachy Canyon Winery, Veris, Zenaida, Summerwood, and Castoro. Like having your own country home with all the amenities of town. Large bedrooms, hardwood floors, large fully stocked family kitchen, TV in master bedroom and living room. This home also boasts high-speed Starlink wifi. Off-street parking is available in the driveway. County Permit # 6002459

**Garage is not available to guests.
***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home

Winery week

Great location to get to wineries in area. You can get to so many within 40 minutes and to the beach in that time. Loved the patio/courtyard for sitting and watching hummingbirds. Very close to Paso and Templeton for restaurants and shopping. Had a great stay

We went to a wedding at Terra Mia - and to wine tasting at Niner — both within 10 minutes of the house . The house was also only 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles- it’s a simple house but the beds are cushy and warm and the fireplace has a clicker to start and off - tv worked well- nice kitchen (we did not use) and 2 toilets and small but good shower. The price was reasonable and it was perfect for us and our 2 adult children attending a family wedding. No houses near nice view .

Cute home, fix appliances before renting out

Pros: Quiet, good location, single level home with comfortable beds and ample closet space. Coffee makers and coffee provided. Satellite tv. Cons: Broken garbage disposal,, broken dishwasher. A replacement portable dishwasher was provided outside the home on back porch, which was fully loaded with dirty dishes upon our arrival. We had no idea how long those dirty dishes had been there so we ran the portable twice. Home only provided two tiny bars of soap and a small dishwashing liquid- no other cleaners were present. No extra pillows, blankets, bed linens either to be found which was strange for a home rental—very bare bones.

What a great place to stay for our group

Lovely home with all the amenities

Great location to nearby wineries and downtown Paso Robles. Conveniently located next to a shopping area including Starbucks, Target, Ulta, and other stores. The home is clean and has plenty of space for 8 people

Convenient

Easy check in and allowed early access upon request. The house has everything you need if you want to cook. TV was kinda confusing with the many remotes provided, but we eventually got it running. I advise to bring your own streaming device if you want to watch a certain service. But they do have cable.

Labor Day weekend

My family and I had this place for Labor Day weekend. The staff was very professional and quick to respond with all our needs. The place was very clean and spacious for all of us. Convenient as well, being close to all the shops as well as all the wineries and distilleries. Overall, a great experience and will be back again!

Doc's Place in Paso Robles

We had a great 2 night stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Less than an hour drive to the coast to see the elephant seals and sea otters. The 7 of us enjoyed playing dominoes at the large dining room table, there was room for more people if we needed it. Will definitely keep Doc's place in mind if/when we return to Paso Robles.
