Our standard room with a king bed was large. We liked the fact that there were two wash basins. We enjoyed the bird posters and prints. The breakfast was okay, though the coffee was too weak. The hotel was quiet and there was sufficient off-street parking. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops. We'd stay here again.

I don’t write many reviews.Hotel was very clean. The mattress was not very comfortable. It was all springs. We rented 2 rooms in our group and all 4 bedrooms had all the same type of mattresses.

Perfect location. Next to this facility is a taco place that has really good food. The room are spacious and quiet. Will be staying at this location again, in the near future :)

Nice rooms liked the fact that there were full size bath amenities to use, not to take. Quiet. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles and other morning food stuff. The only problem was when we were ready to check out, no one was at the front office to get a printout of the bill.

This property is in an ideal location. Half a block from the Morro Bay main strip (on the water) and 500 yards from restaurants and lounges on Main St. This property as of this review, has been newly remodeled, so everything is extremely clean and tidy. We visited on Labor Day weekend, so it took a little longer to check in, otherwise, this is our new go to property!

Well kept. Very different from all the motel like properties in the city. Pet regulations were a bit extreme. Front desk staff suggests they laces to eat in the area. Would have liked 4 pillows on the bed instead of three.

We arrived 2:10pm and the room was ready but we can’t go inside because the check-in was 4pm. If I paid $30 for early check-in we can go to the room. I refuse to pay $30 because the room was ready. Was the first time I saw that situation.

This is a very nice hotel we have stayed here numerous times. My only complaint this time is since we stayed a couple of days we should have made sure we had enough Coffee,toilet paper , soap and tissue. Since you get no housekeeping during your stay and I have no problem with that we ran out of the necessities we normally take for granted and had to keep going down to the desk to get the replacements. Most staff are very friendly but the housekeeping person I talked to when asking for a second coffee cup for the room kind of questioned me why I needed a second cup. I guess my wife could share a coffee cup if it’s such a problem.
