Affordable, clean place to stay and walk to any of the Morro Bay restaurants or attractions. Sleep With the windows open and enjoy the sea breeze. Old fashioned motel, well run with good TV and Wi-Fi.

Close enough to walk to embarcadero but set back enough to be very quiet. I like it's a smaller property so less public traffic in and out

The room and beds were quite comfortable and clean. They need to get a better remote for the TV as it was not very usable.

Room was very clean but underneath stairs and really noisy. The building is not well soundproofed so besides stomping stair sounds, every movement and breath of other guests in other rooms can be heard. Management texted a few hours before checkin, to demand a different credit card number from the one my booking agency had stating they would cancel reservation if I didn’t respond. Room wasn’t ready for a full 90 minutes after check in time given me in written booking confirmation. Management were rude and combative when I pointed out my communications had a different checkin time from the one which they told me when I arrived to check in (at 3pm not their claimed 4pm yet still room wasn’t available until 4:30.) In the morning the parking lot was strewn with garbage from nearby dumpsters. The whole property and room is pasted with puerile rules about what guests must not do. This controlling atmosphere is not welcoming. If cleaning rooms in high season is an issue I suggest this business pass some of the profits from capacity bookings onto the community and hire more albeit temporary housekeeping staff rather than alienate guests by not having rooms available to them on time.

I arrived late but the hotel let my daughter get my key in advance and I greatly appreciated it. I didn't have my room cleaned becuase I was only there two nights. OVerall, the room was clean and comfortable. Great location in Morro Bay near pretty much everything.

Since day one, they make you feel at home, as soon I walk to the office (didn’t took longer than one minute) They already had my key and room number with a smile. Excellent welcome atmosphere.

I liked that it is located a couple blocks away from the traffic noise of the Embarcadero but close enough to be within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

My fiance and I always stay here when we go to Morro Bay! It's in a great location, it's clean and comfortable, and everyone is always so nice! Such a nice, quaint Inn!
