Just love this hotel. The rooms are so nice and have patios. The hot tub was nice for the kids also. Walking distance to beach and the staff is really nice

Our one-night stay was very good. Not many customers, so very quiet. Need to replenish the shampoo/conditioner dispenser. Otherwise, towels, cleanliness, location, were adequate. Staff was very good.

The deluxe room was large and comfortable. The partial ocean view is exactly that from the corner room, but on the other side of the street with some buildings in between. Quite far away but there. Better than average motel!

Office staff seemed unfriendly and denied a slightly early check-in without even checking to see if a room was ready. This is odd for the area since every other small hotel I've stayed at in San Simeon has incredibly friendly and appreciative staff. Room was nicer than most in the area. Paid extra for an upgraded room that was right next to a lounge area over the pool, that was terrible as there were guests out there partying until 12am that may as well have been IN the room with us. Overall poor experience.

Room and as clean and comfortable for a hotel room. The map showed ice pretty close and in 2 locations. It was only available in one and not close to the room. There was also not a clear direction for pool and hot tub towels. Had to use room and then it was not enough.
