Very Disappointed

The hotel is old. The walls are dirty. There are screw holes on the door frames. It smells like ethnic food. The front desk isn't very welcoming. For what we paid, it was fery disappointing.

Staff not friendly or interactive when checking in or out. Towels were dirty, rooms had a terrible odor, no working fitness equipment (too old to be working), no screens on windows, no properly working locks on windows, no ice (was middle of Aug when we were here and didn’t appear to be operating for quite some time). Tv remote did not work and when we asked about this, were told someone would be by shortly…never showed up. I don’t normally post reviews but this was such a bad experience and feel others should be aware.

Room was clean and ok, HOWEVER! Toilet paper roll didn't fit the holder. Mat outside front door was curled up on edges and was a trip hazard. Breakfast ended at 9 am and most of the hot food and coffee was gone by 8:15 am and staff didn't seem to care. Finally, there wasn't enough seating and tables.

I had trouble getting in my room. The door stuck. The floors creaked in the room. I booked a 2 night stay. I had to get my room card reprogrammed on day 2. I didn’t know this till I tried to get in after being out half the day. The spa was not available. There was rarely a person at the front desk and had to call when I needed someone. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Worst experience ever.

This hotel was rundown, outdated and shabby, not in a good way. The toilet seat was oval, on a round toilet. The chair was worn and the skirt ripped. The bedspread had to be from the 70's. Wall need painted in the halls and rooms I usually do not write any reviews, but I thought Wyndham had higher standards than this hotel. I wasted my money.

Dirty. Door barely works. Bathroom floor filthy, scratched up,stinks. Power failed on TV, coffee pot, microwave. I will not stay in a super 8 hotel again.

Parking and location were ok. Facilities were in need of updating carpets were stained. Check in was odd and staff member acted as if it was an imposition to check us in. At first we were not sure he even had a reservation for us. Will not repeat a stay at this hotel.
