Labor Day Summer Finale

Our air-conditioning did not work well at all. It was set on 61 & maybe ran around 70-72* all day & night in 85*+ weather. Handicap rooms need a wider door for wheelchair accessibly into restroom. We felt that they should put key card access to outside entrances/exits instead of open access for the safety of all rooms & occupants. Also, wish that they served more for breakfast than primarily waffles and cereal, but it is a smaller hotel that is affordable which me & my family have enjoyed for almost 5 years now. Great desk clerks but when I asked for fresh towels while we were at Cedar Point from the cleaners, they forgot about us so I had to ask the front desk at 11pm. Otherwise, we absolutely enjoy this establishment!

Very noisy at night. People slamming doors. Bed very uncomfortable. Bedspread looked like someone put cigarettes out on it. Floor dirty. Bathtub dirty. Breakfast awful no fresh anything! Coffee lukewarm. No staff around. Staff for Check out was nonexistent . Waited 20 minutes. Just left. If I could I would cancel and try to get money back

More like cold tub

The hot tub was not hot, barely warmer than the pool. We chose this hotel for the hot tub and it not working as it should was a disappointment.

This was an amazing hotel for the price. It seemed recently redone. The staff was super friendly. Our only issue was that the hot tub wasn’t full nor was it hot.

We will not stay here again. Remodel was nice, ,however; we did not like the fact where was no key security for entrance to the any of the buildings. Anyone could enter at any time of the day. Also, being in a hotel area the breakfast selection was very limited, we only utilized the coffee station. Lisa at check in was great.

This place is pretty much a motel. There is so many stains throughout the mattress and beddding. There was junkies hiding near entrance and very loud screams at 1am this place isn’t for family’s or teens. The hottub was cold. You can tell they never sweep the rooms and the hallway smells like musk I didn’t feel safe staying here

The room wasn't terribly dirty, but it could have been vacuumed a bit better. My biggest compliant is with the breakfast selection. There really wasn't anything besides toast and waffles for breakfast. The orange juice was not good either.
