In terms of location, Sundial of Sanibel is located in an area considered to be mid-island, equidistant to all Sanibel has to offer including beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the mainland of Fort Myers for those adventurous enough to explore beyond the island. Located in the F building of Sundial West, this residence is less than a three minute walk to the beach and features direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rightmost portion of the patio. In terms of positioning, this residence boasts a tranquil water feature directly in front of its patio, the Gulf of Mexico to the left, and a beautiful sunset exposure at the end of each day!

Do not be fooled, there are many condominiums in the Sundial community (266 to be exact), but all are not created equal. Rather than placing a reservation through the resort and risking placement in an undesirable unit, vacation in confidence knowing that the unit you book is exactly the unit you will receive.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the F building designated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, Sundial grounds, all resort restaurants, and Bailey`s Marketplace/Kay Kasperson Spa.
The Neighborhood:
Sundial is located at 1501 Middle Gulf Drive. Considered Mid Island, this area is known by travelers to be one of the most desirable on Sanibel due to close proximity to beaches, restaurants, activities, and easy on and off access to the mainland.

We are available as often as needed but give guests plenty of space to enjoy a socially distanced getaway.
