We arrived and they had given our room away to someone else, even waking them up to see who was in there. Then they downgraded our room and didn’t offer us any recompense such as a comped breakfast or anything. Definitely not planning on staying here again.

The room smell like cigarettes the smell of cigarettes kept coming in through the front doors as if someone was smoking in the patio. We had a very difficult time sleeping due to the freeway noise being so loud on top of that the heater kept turning off throughout the night, leaving us cold the entire night. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with best Western and I would love to have my money back for my stay.
