Nice hotel
It was a nice hotel, it was about a block from all the main stores and businesses so it was quiet. It looked well maintained except carpet was dirty but overall a great place to stay

Room was super comfortable and clean. The only problem was we were on the bottom floor and the people upstairs had a kid running around most of our stay. Not the hotels fault but feel they should book people with small kids on the bottom floors.

Loved that this was more than just a room. This place included a loft and separate bathroom that gave us and our teenage kids the privacy we crave. Great location, cant wait to stay again!!

Very charming property. Staff went above and beyond to help us on a holiday. Pull out couch/bed was slightly less nice than we expected but they helped us make it nicer. Walls are a little thin. Very walkable to main part of town.

The New Haven Inn was such a wonderful stay for our anniversary. It was so easy to check in and check out, and the room was perfect. So clean and cozy, easy instructions for the fire pit on our private porch and it was even decorated for Christmas! We would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay at New Haven Inn and it's a beautiful property. I stayed in the two bedroom suite on the ground floor. I was allowed to check in early and check in/out was easy. The property is walking distance from the main street in Solvang.

Great convenient location, good parking, self-check instructions. Glad to see a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and hot water maker in the room. Also like hard flooring vs dirty carpets. Only negative is parts of the bathroom need refurbishing. Water damage on the walls near tub, chips on the tub.

This hotel is a nice hotel. I rated it a 3 start for cleanliness because of multiple hairs that I found on my bed. I think it is something that can be improved. A 4 star for facility because of the limited parking. We had to park across the street.

Stayed for one night in a 2 bedroom unit. Bedrooms are pretty and the management (whom I had to contact about room temp/heaters) was very helpful/nice. Beds themselves felt a little more like air mattresses than actual mattresses based on how much they would move/shift but they were reasonably comfortable. Just not exactly what I expected based on the pictures. The unit was *quite* chilly on arrival and the room heaters were so-so. One worked well, but the second one (in the colder room, just our luck!) seemed to blow warm air briefly and then turn cold again. We realized these issues after the front desk staff had gone home (it was around 9:30 pm) so we just let it go, threw on an extra blanket that we found (intended, I think, for the twin sofa sleeper) and hoped for the best. There's a lot to like about this property but also a few things that could be improved.
