This experience was not so great when I walked into the check-in I was pleasantly surprised it’s nice in there. It’s super cute. Check in was a breeze. They informed me of how to order a breakfast in the morning scan a QR code so on. We got to our room. It’s very dark in there even with all four lights on And had a strange smell. We went to the room we brought everything up. We scanned the QR code that we put our breakfast. We put the pups down and they kept smelling certain spots. Every spot they smelled was dog piss from the prior people that stayed in that room. Everywhere they smells we had to put puppy pads down so they wouldn’t piss over it. It was actually very disgusting. I carry a black light with me for the rooms to make sure there’s no bedbugs or anything of that Nature Piss all over the carpet. The bathroom looks like a dog poo in there and maybe the last person picked it up but you could still see residue from it. It’s very disgusting. The beds were clean. They were kind of comfortable. Honestly I was kind of itchy, but that’s because I want to take a shower. There was no body soap, I’m positive. The shampoo is lavender because it made me itchy so I had to use the conditioner to rinse it off. I’m allergic to lavender very allergic.P there were kids next-door that kept screaming and running and knocking on the doors and the walls just a lot of screaming a lot of yelling I could not get any sleep at all. We decided to check it out after breakfast was delivered whc

Rooms are comfy and spacious with outside noise
Great room but not sound proof, get a 2nd floor room if you can (although they charge more for this). All staff are super friendly. Lounge is comfortable and great for having something other than wine! I had to switch between heat and fan all night to deaden the noises outside and above me so if you are noise sensitive, make sure to get a 2nd floor room and not facing the parking lot (construction workers hang by their vehicles at night, get up early, and have loud trucks!). I will stay again because the room is super comfy.
