The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The location is central. Nice little pool and terrasse to relax and cool down. Free refill of your water bottles.

A short walk to downtown Santa Clara, clean comfortable rooms. While this casa didn't have a dinner option, apparently they offer massages which I didn't book but in retrospect probably should have. Prices were reasonable. Upstairs where we had breakfast is also a lounge with a bar where you can hang out with other guests. The key to the gate that lets you out onto the street is a bit tricky. There were two of us and if one leaves to buy something, loses track of time and comes back waaay later than they said they would you are effectively locked in the place until your co-traveler with the key returns. Other than that Liuva was very nice and accommodating and her husband who's name I don't recall (apologies!) gave us a ride to bus station the morning we left. Much appreciated! Breakfast was the standard guava juice, guava & fruits and fried eggs with toast and honey. The same as most casas we traveled through in Cuba. What was far better than standard was the price - half of what we paid in La Habana for a casa just as nice.

Excelente Atención¡
Nuestra estadía fue corta, pero fuimos atendidos de manera excelente por Mara y Ricky Junior, Siempre Muy amables y dispuestos, me encanto la idea del Mapa para Ubicarnos y las indicaciones dadas en él, Santa Clara Sin duda merece ser Visitado y contar con el apoyo de La familia Rickys para conocer este destino es algo genial, la pasamos Muy bien, tuvimos todo limpio, cómodo y tranquilo y esta Muy Bien Ubicado, Sin Duda totalmente recomendado. Compartir con las Familias Cubanas es sin duda una magnifica experiencia por su amabilidad y conocer parte de su historia siempre será algo especial.

2 nachten verbleven, kamers zijn proper en groot. Ontbijt is goed. Huurwagen kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden voor 2 dagen. Toen we vertrokken lag de wagen vol sigarettenpeuken en as. Het is van boven van het dakterras op de de auto gegooid. Schroeivlekken in de wagen.

Riki und sein Personal sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Die Stadt Santa Clara ist - ähnlich wie Havanna - in die Jahre gekommen. Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen waren gering - jedoch waren wir in der Nebensaison, vielleicht lag es daran. Das WLAN ging ab und zu, die unterkunftseigene Bar war geschlossen. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Excelente Hostel en Santa Clara a escasos metros andando del parque Vidal. Instalaciones remodeladas. Habitación amplia, tranquila, limpia y baño equipado. Terraza de descanso con piscina. Desayuno variado. Y sobre todo, la amabilidad y atención de Ricardo que nos estuvo asesorando y ayudando en todo momento. Nos facilitó otro taxi, ya que el que teníamos contratado nos dejó tirados. El lo gestionó y lo solucionó rapidamente. Sin lugar a dudas, lo recomendaría a otros viajeros que pernoctasen en Santa Clara.
