For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Ideal vacation condo
Great location, very easy access to pool and beach. Condo was super clean, very spacious and management great to work with. Being an end unit made it very private. Only downside was roaches. Downstairs unit, very close to heavy foliage so problem was understandable. Good thing- they were always dead, so pest service was on top of it. Never saw a live one. Would definitely go back. Great for families.

Great condo and location!
We loved our stay at Legacy 101. The condo was very spacious, clean, and nice. Plenty of room for our 8 people. Plenty of seating on the patio with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would love to stay here again. You cannot beat the location right on the beach and the first floor unit. The daily beach set up is the cherry on top! One critique would be the beds - the mattress in the queen room with the Jack and Jill bath could really stand to be replaced and sags in quite a bit.

This is our favorite location when we come down to 30A! Right off the water and just off the bike/walking trail! This unit is definitely showing it’s age but the view is incredible and it comfortable slept our entire group!

Great property but limited supplies.
The location is perfect! Just a few steps from the pool and the boardwalk to the beach! Very spacious! Downside is there was nothing at all provided in the way of staples (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.). There was only one roll of paper towels and toilet paper in each bathroom and one tiny bar of soap. There was no hairdryer. There were very few towels and no laundry detergent. VRBOs I have rented in the past have provided this.

Wonderful location. Spacious.
The space was perfect for our annual family beach trip with our adult children, their spouses and new grandson. The deck was perfect for the baby since the sound of the waves served as his personal sound machine and lulled him to sleep. The only negative was lost time outside due to Tropical Storm Cindy.
