This 3rd floor open and airy living area opens to the balcony where you will enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and spectacular sunsets. A12 sleeps 6 with a king bedroom, hall bunks for the kids and a queen sleeper in the living area.

With everything modern and updated, you'll love a stay at Palms A12. You're greeted by Gulf views as soon as you step in. Enjoy watching the waves from the bright white kitchen or while dining at the table for 4. The kids can grab a quick snack at the kitchen's peninsula before heading down to the beautiful beaches of 30A. The king master bedroom is a relaxing retreat at the end of the evening. The updated private bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and is conveniently right next to the hallway bunks.

The Palms at Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We love this location, The Palms is where we always look first for a condo at Seagrove bc it is in the middle of everything. This condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! I do wish they would include 1 beach setup per day, we had to pay separate for this. $35 per day.

Great few days at the beach
My mother and I stayed here for a few days last week. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again, but on the ground level, as there not being an elevator was a little inconvenient. Other than the flights of stairs, the view was absolutely breath taking. We saw dolphins swimming every morning, and walked down to Cafe 30A for two of our four dinners. It's in a great location and Benchmark was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. The beach was private and enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. We will for sure be back soon.

Updated and clean as a whistle. Private beach. Perfect for parents with teens or capable toddlers. Third story, walk up. Bring your own cookware if you’re picky. Very comfortable. Any issues we had were minor, and Benchmark did a bang up job addressing them quickly and efficiently. Skip the Vacayzen rental deal and go local - they were a pain and ended up having to refund our money. The company contracted to provide beach chairs & umbrellas in front of The Palms is walk-up only and only take cash/checks ($200/week as of July 2023).

Very nice place with stunning views!!!! If the view wasn’t phenomenal, the steps to the third floor wouldn’t be worth it. No elevator is the only drawback.

Beautiful unit with awesome beach views and beach access
The unit was very nice and spacious, and almost everything had been updated. The showers and vanities could use an update but functioned fine. Very quiet building and a great balcony that was private from neighbors with a fantastic view. Bed was very soft, but comfortable. Building location was perfect, right in the middle of the 30A area and easy to get to Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach and anywhere in between, but not overly crowded. The grounds and beach access were also very nice and well maintained. The location on the beach was excellent with lots of beach area to sit, play, etc. The unit provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay, except a blow dryer which would have been nice to have. Overall we would love to come stay here again!

Perfect location with updated interior
Several mornings and evenings we rode bikes into seaside for coffee, food and treats. It was an easy 10 minute ride. We like to have the option to go into town but prefer to stay away from all the crowds, this location was perfect for us. The beach was remarkable, quiet, peaceful and full of respectable beach goers. Many families had small kids like us. This was our 3rd trip to Florida this year using the “home away” app and this unit managed by Garret Realty was by far the cleanest and most beautifully maintained and decorated that we have stayed in. Parking was easy (low season time of year). If you don’t mind not having an elevator (which doesn’t bother us) then it’s the perfect spot on 30A and the price is unmatchable. Close proximity to great grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, coffee shop and bike rentals. Beach rentals and service is available for a fee at the bottom of the beach access, friendly guy there who you see everyday. We didn’t rent anything because our unit provided a couple of nice beach chairs. Overall 5 stars!

It was good.
We had a great time. The condominium was clean and updated. The only issue we had was with the clothes washer. It stopped working twice. The management company sent someone to repair it, but it still didn't work great. It took a long time to wash a load of laundry and the inside smelled musty.
