Teachers on Summer Break

This property was perfect for 3 teachers on a summer vacation. Jenny was very easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and comfortable. I personally appreciated the labels for all the light switches and the ease of entry. We enjoyed the bike rides and watching movies late at night. We hope to come back to this property again!

Perfect stay!!!!

Easy entry, access to the beach, location was great. Nice king size beds, 3 bathrooms, great showers, nice size kitchen. Bunk beds worked well. Great size for a family or friends. Easily walked to the beach. The bikes worked well too. We loved it. Will be back again.

The home was nice but the owners wrongly accused us of moving and damaging furniture.

We mostly loved our stay. They allowed for early check in which I was so grateful for to nap my toddler twins. The home is not equipped with basic things like hand soap, sponges, cleaning supplies, beach towels or chairs, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent , toilet paper , etc so we spent a lot of money when we got there buying basic things. The toilet was broken for 3 days with our waste in it, until they could come replace the toilet. All of that was still fine, however, upon checkout we received a scathing email from the owners accusing us of trashing the house which was completely untrue and uncalled for. We have 3 small kids and were also traveling with my elderly mother and ran a tight ship while we were there. We followed the checkout instructions but did not mop and vacuum on the final day or clean the counters. We did not move or break furniture , and we felt really offended by the accusation and tone of the email . But it's a pretty house, good location and neighborhood with a nice backyard fire pit.

Make Forever Family Memories at Latitude Adjustment Beach House!

We just spent a week at this amazing beach house. We will definitely be back! The beach was within walking/biking distance. The owner is VERY communicative. Our family of 7 was very comfortable! The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a VRBO. I love to cook and this house had everything I needed! We used all 6 bikes and rode up and down the bike path. The house is also right down the street from the pool. There is also an outdoor shower which was great to rinse the sand off of our bodies and our chairs etc. The three bedrooms were beautiful and the three bathrooms were perfect for our family. I loved the Master Bathroom shower head with the rain shower option and regular shower option. That was a wonderful bonus! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this beautiful beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing, wonderful getaway!

Best vacay ever!!

The location was just what we expected, the house was very roomy and spacious with beautiful decor!! Bikes were available but we didn’t use them but they looked good quality. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed and wanted!! The beds were comfy and the furniture was also comfortable! We would definitely recommend this place!!

First class property

The house was very well stopped. Lots of trashbags, dishes, toiletries, hairdryers etc. it is a short walk to the beach, and the four bikes provided were so nice. We took a wagon which was convenient to get to the beach. The beach was not crowded. I felt very safe with my teenagers riding the bikes to the beach shops for ice cream or coffee. The restaurants very close to the house are delicious. We will definitely be back! Plenty of room for two adults and four teenagers and only about a 20 minute drive back to Destin commons for shopping and a movie!

Great location, lovely home

My family of 4 stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time in this cottage. The location was perfect, we bicycled to dinner one evening and it was a pleasure. The beach was well maintained, had a lifeguard and chair/umbrella rental. We drove over since we are all delicate and needed a sunshade, and there was plenty of parking (or the option of dropping the beach gear off by car and returning to the house to trade for a bicycle was our plan B). I had never stayed at the beach without being right on the water, so this was a slight concern for me. The house itself was nicely equipped. We used the fire pit one evening, and that was a very fun night with the kids. The kitchen was functional and attractive, and each bedroom was just as we required. All things considered, I would be delighted to go back to this house and area of the gulf!
