Both bedrooms are made up with beautiful designer linens and pillows. The living room has a new 55' flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a King bed with 48' flat screen TV. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. This home is equipped with WIFI, cable TV and washer/dryer. A queen size air mattress is available upon request. ***Please note this is a NON SMOKING home.

Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and everything you could need in this home away from home. The eating area seats 4 and overlooks a screened porch. Outside seating for 4 and a private fenced backyard. Enjoy the gas grill or hammock for those lazy day, relaxing moments. Nice Rental
Nice rental with a convenient location. Not far from Siesta Key Beach, stores, etc. Home had what we needed and owner was very helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable even with the passing of Tropical Storm Debby (which became Hurricane Debby)! The neighborhood offered great opportunity for walks. We would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay in Nancy's house over the 4th. House was comfortable and well appointed, as always, and we had a nice treat to be able to see outstanding fireworks from the back yard! Location is great, neighborhood is quiet - a most enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay in this little house. I loved that everything for a trip to the beach was provided including sand toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, noodles, a cooler, and a bag. The kitchen is also fully stocked. The king bed is incredibly comfortable. The house was very clean too. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

This is a renovated older home in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was friendly and helpful when we needed batteries for a remote. House was clean. The king sized bed is quite high, my mom is somewhat short and was not able to climb in it. This isn't a criticism, just information for future visitors. One critique is that the shower should have grips or rails to hold onto when stepping in/out of the bathtub. It isn't a walk-in shower, and some older or disabled people may have difficulties getting in and out. Overall, this is a nice place to rent and we would recommend it.

I recommend this property
I stayed at the property with my parents. This is a clean and well equipped rental. It has everything you need for the beach, a grill, and bikes! The decor is also very nice. Although we dined out, you could easily make meals with the items available in the kitchen. Depending on who you are traveling with, sharing the one bathroom could be a challenge. We appreciated Nancy promptly coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out.

Sarasota Visit
This property is fabulous! The location is great and the neighborhood is safe. It is very clean, cute and comfortable. The hosts offer beach gear (beach umbrella, chairs, toys, a cooler and a tote cart), which was fabulous for our day at the beach. There were also 2 bikes available for guest use. We spent evenings in the back porch, playing games and enjoying the wonderful weather. We would definitely stay here again, it's top of the line!

Wonderful stay!
This is one of the nicest properties we've stayed in. The pictures accurately reflect the home, and it was very clean, with comfortable beds. What was unusual, though, was the thoughtfulness of the owner in providing extras that are rarely given - hand soap in the kitchen and bath, dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra garbage bags, coffee filters, condiments, and plenty of towels for both the kitchen and bath. This is in addition to the beach 'stuff', and bicycles! And it made for such a relaxing vacation, as we did not immediately need to run to the store so we could wash our hands. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated, and the screened porch is the berries! We spent every evening out there, as well as eating most of our meals there. Just a lovely property, and Nancy was SO easy to deal with, and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Couldn't Have Been Better!
Nancy is about the nicest and most accommodating hostess I have rented from. Her house was only 15 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and surrounding areas. It was very easy and convenient to get to. The bonus was that everything you needed to go to the beach with - she had it. The AC worked amazingly great, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything necessary to cook and or make coffee.

Nancy was great. We had an issue with the plumbing (toilet would not flush), she got a plumber over right away. The location is very close to Siesta Key beach and the strip of restaurants. We had a great time at the cottage.

Cozy cottage in convenient neighborhood.
My husband and I spent the 2023 winter in Nancy and Doug's comfortable cottage in Gulf Gate. We enjoyed eating out on the lanai. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and a great place for taking a walk or riding the bikes. It is an easy drive to Siesta Beach and Myakka River State Park. It was also easy to get downtown. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores and a CVS.

Wonderful Getaway
We stayed at Nancy’s place for a week and it was absolutely amazing! Nancy was extremely nice and helpful and the house was really clean and fully equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable too. The location of the house was great and not far from the beach and good restaurants. Nancy had everything we needed for the beach which helped a lot since we flew there from Ohio. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Nancy for your hospitality and for making our trip great!!

Fantastic stay!
Very clean, beautifully decorated property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Nancy was very welcoming and communication with her was excellent. All of the little touches (beach gear, informative labels, brochures, and recommendations) were extremely helpful for those unfamiliar with the area. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in quiet neighborhood
My husband and I stayed here for an extended stay. Owners were very responsive, easy to reach and addressed any issues that arose. The house is charming, comfortable and the owners have added lots of homey touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Loved the big gas grill and enjoyed our meals on the screened porch. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking. Grocery stores and pharmacies are nearby, as are some great restaurants. There are also some terrific places nearby for hiking.
