We stayed at the Compass Inn for two nights, and were very impressed with the hotel. It is in a very quiet area, next to the bridge which goes across to Anna Maria island. Our room was upgraded to a marina view, which was extremely kind of the hotel staff, as the view from our balcony was lovely. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds, and tasteful decor. I would say that the air conditioning unit in our room was quite noisy, but didn’t really affect our sleep. Breakfast was part of our package, and everything we had was great, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. We did eat in Floriday’s restaurant twice during our stay, which is attached to the hotel, and the dinners we had were excellent. The staff were very friendly, especially the lady at breakfast, and made for an excellent vacation. Thanks to everyone at the Compass Inn!

Modern rooms and great food
I liked this hotel and could stay again. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. Food and service in the restaurant is excellent. The pool is also nice and was great to have now that you couldn't swim in the sea due to the hurricanes. The hotel is in a quiet location which we liked but others might prefer to have more bars and restaurants nearby. A couple of things could improve. The air condition in the room is extremely noisy and blows right in your face. The staff at the reception could be a bit more attentive and service-minded.

We were hurricane refugees and Compass was a welcoming place to land for a few days. Staff was amazing. Warm, friendly, helpful and kind. This is our third stay. We’ll come back if the occasion arises.

The pool was large with a restaurant on two Sides of the pool . They kept water cold outside. They had waiters ask you what you wanted to drink when you were outside and would serve you love the balconies on the marina side Of the hotel When you got a pool view, you got to see two sides of the hotel and it was really cool

The pool was big and beautiful. The location of the hotel was beautiful With lovely Views all around. The sweet with a bedroom was great. I love the privacy when we have guests. The side by the marina had very nice balconies. The full view was the best because you two sides to View and a larger balcony. A restaurant inside the lobby was nice and then another place by the pool, great
