Nice house, convenient and erwin was great

I stayed here with my mom and brother while my daughter was at IMG camp. Location was great for IMG, also close to the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The house was as advertised. Clean, nice furniture, everything we needed was there, everything worked well. Check in and check out was easy. The erwin was easy to communicate with but we really didnt need to contact him much as everything worked and the stay was great.

An absolute gem!

This was our second time renting this property. It is super clean, modern, and centrally located to many areas in and around Bradenton. Anna Maria Island is a short drive as well. If you are in the area visiting IMG, this is a perfect spot from which to base your visit. I love to sit in the screened-in porch facing the pond and have coffee in the morning. First floor unit and easily accessible. Highly recommended!!

One of the best!

We were delighted to find this rental to be exactly as shown online. It was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. And the furniture was COMFORTABLE! The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Excellent!

Great communication with owner/manager. Could be a 4 star if beds/ bedding was upgraded. Plugs in the 2 bathrooms did not work. A roll of paper towels would have been nice. The unit did not have any hurricane damage but it smelled a little musty. Overall it was a good value for the area.

Two Day Get Away

We have close relatives that live in Bradenton. A day trip from NE Florida does not cut it. We like to take 2 days for a visit and staying here at the Condo was perfect. Way better than a hotel where you just have a bedroom. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our company without having to go out. It is nice to have a full size kitchen with all the dishes and utensils needed. No need to go out for coffee in the morning, just brew a pot in the kitchen and relax. We were close enough to many restaurants, stores and the beach. Did not use the pool or other amenities. Maybe next time. The host was in communication with us prior to arrival. Everything for checking in was provided to my email. No issues. Parked right in front of the entrance and used the pass code for the door lock. This was a very clean and comfortable condo at a fair price. We will definitely look this up for our next visit to Bradenton. I’ve stayed at Ervs condo 3 times and loved it. Very clean. Lots of room. Close to beach and restaurants. TV in bedrms annd living area. Condo has great anppliances. We are pool people and both pools are always clean and inviting. Erv is a great host and willing to help with any problems.

The picture is deceiving. The beach is 30 minutes away and the “ lake “ advertised as “ lake front “ was a dried up mud pit. However, the property was clean.

Condo was perfect for our vacation. It is roomy and comfortable, had everything we needed. We loved the pool and hot tub area, not crowded and short walk from condo. Had a problem with the electricity and Ervin responded immediately to my message. Would stay here again!

Perfect winter getaway

This was our second year renting and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect for us to visit family in Venice and Lakewood Ranch. Close to other attractions as well. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. Nice to sit in the screened in lanai and watch the ducks in the pond. It was nice to have Ervin check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again

Modern Lakefront Condo

The title is a little misleading as the unit we had was a pond not a lake. The unit itself was just as it looked in the pictures, bedrooms are separated by both bathrooms. We only had two little issues, one is that the blinds leading into the Lanai need replaced as every time you open or close a couple of blinds would fall down. The other issue is not just this unit but everywhere we stay the cookware is horrible. The skillets need updated, not just at this site but every place we have stayed in the past! The only thing I could not find at this location was any kind of baking dish. No 9x13 dish, pie dish, or casserole dish. Not sure how to bake anything without one of those? Overall it was a very nice place to stay, the pool was nice and the people we met were very nice!

Beautiful Condo, Close to everything!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed a convenient space for our family of four. The location was perfect and the space was fabulous. All of the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were brand new or in great condition. Parking was super easy and there is even access to a handicap spot if needed. (This is a first floor unit.) The lovely screened porch was a great space to relax after a day playing lacrosse. We loved it so much that we rebooked it for next year. Can't wait to come back!
