We did have to wait a little over check in time due to our room not being cleaned yet but it was well worth it! Our room was left spotless and very clean. Staff were very helpful and kind! Me and my partner picked up some food and went back to the hotel to eat it but noticed that they did not give us any cutlery to eat our food with. A nice lady at the front desk helped us find extra plastic forks/spoons so we could eat our food! Amenities were amazing and overall the hotel was a 10/10 for us! Lots of great food options nearby and also a mall which makes shopping super easy in case you left anything at home. Will definitely be booking again if we get the chance. :)

The staff was very kind. The shower had mold and was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves to get it to our standards. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. We asked for an extra mattress pad and that didn’t help so we went to Walmart and got extra bed padding, which helped. The hallways constantly smelled liked weed when the cleaning staff was working. Breakfast was great. Price was great. Staff was wonderful. Wasn’t a great location.

A very clean, modern and serviceable hotel. It's about 15 minutes from Old Town but offered conveniences such as free parking, breakfast, and a pool. Overall, a great value for Savannah while offering easy access to the central attractions.

I didn't like anything really...I had to keep getting my keys to the room reset..It was only a couple of towels in the pool area..Me and my son got locked out on the patio

Beware

Disgustingly dirty. Rug was filthy. Bad odor. Furniture dingy and dirty. Shower wall was cracked. However the bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. Hot water dispenser water was cold in dining area. Outside furniture was old and dingy. The pool and spa water was cloudy looking.
