Where do I begin? What was supposed to be a vacation after Thanksgiving quickly turned into a nightmare. When I checked in, I was informed that I didn’t have a room because someone had messed up my reservation. After finally getting our wristbands to access the water park, I was told that we could use our dining credits that we paid for with the Fireside package. However, when I tried to use my credits at Buckets, I was informed that we couldn’t use them because we didn’t have a room assigned yet. This forced me to return to the long general questions line. By this time, it was 3:20 PM. I was told that by 4 PM we would have our room number and be able to use our credits. At 4:10 PM, I still hadn’t received my room, so I had to go back to the general questions line. There, I found other guests who were also experiencing the same issue. Finally, at 4:40 PM, they gave me my room and a complimentary late check-out for 2 PM, but I had already paid for a 2 PM late check-out with my original reservation. They assured me that I would be refunded. I tried to enjoy my night, but in the morning I noticed that I had not received a refund for the late check-out. To my surprise, I also saw an additional charge of $164.28 on my credit card. At 7AM, I returned to the general questions line. The lady who helped me was very nice and managed to process my 2 PM late check-out refund as well as the $164.28 that I was charged, although she didn’t know why it had been charged in the first place

We had a great time! My only complaint is that for a hotel whose main feature is a water park, there was only one small hook to hang things up to dry. Our bathing suits didn’t dry overnight so when we put them on again the next day, they were still damp. It was also the same hook to hang towels from when you were done with the shower. Other than that, no complaints!

The room we had was in disrepair. The bathroom hot water faucet was not easy to get off. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best and even was cold at 6 am. The lock button on the bathroom door did not function. The safe did not function. The staff were great. They were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was very clean.

I arrived at 2 o'clock, checked in and went to the water park. After 2 hours I did not receive a notification that my room was ready and contacted the manager. He said that the room was being prepared and that I would receive a text message soon. But an hour later I had not received it. I contacted the manager again and again he told me to wait a little longer, the SMS would arrive. I waited for several hours. My head was wet, my baby's head was wet too. It was cool in the lobby. I decided to cancel the hotel and go home. I contacted the manager again and it turned out that they entered my phone number incorrectly when checking in. I was shocked. I talked to the managers several times and no one checked my phone number. I was very upset and I just asked for my money back. But I was refused because only Expedia can return my money. But my booking is non-refundable. It was the worst experience. I will never return to this place again.

We had a blast. For as busy as the place is, super clean, super friendly staff, pretty quick with the food, and they keep the kids entertained. My only complaint? Paying for parking. We paid enough money to be at the park, eat the food, and enjoy all the other amenities that Great Wolf offers, that paying for parking should NOT be a thing.
