Everything the staff was excellent the clerk was excepcional the drinks and snacks and was close by our room,our room was spotless fresh towels coffee soaps shampoo, like I said exceptional. Thank you we will be doing buisness again and soon.

We stayed one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to change rooms, but that was just because the smoke detector was chirping when we got there. This is a budget hotel, so this review takes that into consideration, for the cost we were happy with the accommodations. The furnishings were dated, but everything was clean and maintained and the room smelled fine (which is definitely not always the case and can make all the difference in the world). There is an outside pool which we didn't use, but it looked nice. The location was convenient for us, the staff was friendly, they accepted our dog (with a pet fee), and we slept comfortably for the night.

There were roach bugs crawling on the walls of the room and bathroom. They were EVERYWHERE! We stayed in the room long enough to book somewhere else. The owner said he would refund the second night but did not. This is my hometown and I was SO disappointed. My grandchildren were afraid to sit down. I will never book here for my family again.

Overall we felt safe and the appearance is clean. The first room we went to had this terrible smell and we couldn’t get pass the door. They quickly got us in another room. It was much better. They did have several doors open throughout the hotel and the halls smelled like cigarettes but maybe they were just old. We did have a great shower and the room was tidy.

Very good breakfast. Hardboiled eggs, waffles, 6 miles from route 59 and Fort Payne where shopping and restaurants were available. Quiet and clean.

Not bad for a cheap place to stay. Staff was nice. Could it have been cleaner? Yes. But it was a safe, decent place to stay for a low price. Breakfast was also better than advertised (waffle maker, cereals, fruit, boiled eggs, toast & bagels, etc.)

Comfy, Friendly & yummy breakfast.

Staff was super friendly, great customer service and the breakfast was really good. We slept very well. Smoking rooms on the some floor/hall could be smelled from our room but once our room AC was running and we put towels down by the bottom of the door it cut out the smoke smell and we were able to sleep comfortably.
