We arrived at the hotel around 5:00pm and no room was available. We had to wait for some time until they finally were able to assign a room. One would think that by that time of day all rooms that have a reservation against it are ready at a 5:00pm check in.

We reserved another hotel nearby, which was unacceptably dirty and we asked for a refund and left moments after check in. We reserved this hotel and it was very clean, great staff and location. Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient for seeing a show at the Mohegan center. Walking distance of the arena and dining options. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower isn’t good.
