Let start... Wi-Fi access did not work at all.... No Toilet paper in bathroom...pay for breakfast ---you have to be kidding me... For $175/night, I expect much better and can find other hotels with far better customer amenities

The Hilton Garden Inn in Wilkes Barre was a great choice for us. It was clean, the front desk staff was informative and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. Additionally, the hotel is located in a small shopping complex that has nationally known shops making it convenient to walk to for exercise, eating or shopping. I definitely will return if the opportunity arises.

This is a great property. I’ve been staying here for about 30 years. They recently updated and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the area over the years and this is consistently one of the best.
