We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The only minor issue we encountered was some buffering while watching TV, possibly due to the rainy weather. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Celeste at the front desk is fantastic. That’s where the good goes to very bad. This property is abused, overused and the smells of dog,food and grunge are just awful. Don’t make this mistake. I did for a last minute trip but made the correct choice to leave in under an hour.

I had ants in the sink area.. like 30 or more.I woke up with about 5 bites on my lower back. The back of the bed had water type stain drips.. It was nasty.

Good for the price

The hotel is conveniently located for a cycling event I participate in each year. It is nothing fancy, but the staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean. There are lots of stores and fast food type places nearby as well.

This property had roaches and upon arrival i was not greeted by the employees for 20 minutes. I was just standing there and someone finally came.

Nice hotel to stay overnight.

We stayed overnight on our way back to Canada. It is well located, near the highway. The room is in good condition, including the bathroom which has been renovated. Nearby you have a Walmart and several restaurants. They recently installed 4 EV charging stations. Very useful for us. Our car was fully charged in the morning.

I could not find a way to talk with someone about this. I got caught in a terrible traffic jam leaving Newport VT after viewing the eclipse. I was only about to go 180 miles in 7 hours so I had to stop in Holyoke MA for the night. I was not able to reach Pittston. So it was not possible for me to get to the Inn. I tried to cancel the reservation but was not allowed to.
