I loved staying here! I’ll be staying here again and will be recommending! Everything about our stay was incredible! From our check in to checkout! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was perfect and I’m looking forward to our next stay!

They are currently renovating & what’s been done looks great! Although there’s not a huge selection for breakfast, it’s a lot better than just pastries and cereal. Our room was clean and our floor was quiet.

Customer service was great. Both staff members during check in and check out were great. Any questions i had were answered in a kind and professional way. The staff member did tell us they were renovating just in case things didnt seem right or anything. But we didnt experienced anything out of the ordinary. The room was clean, a lot of towels available. Bed was comfy. Definitely coming back.

Place was still undergoing renovations, but everything was brand new. Super clean. Breakfast buffet great in morning. Casino a mile away. Very easy. Only thing site said that there was a free shuttle with an a mile. There was no shuttle service. Didn’t bother us at all, but just so you know there is no shuttle .

DO NOT STAY!! AC doesn't work, and no working hot water in the bathroom. They will tell you lies that the temp cant be adjusted, the real problem is the AC isn't working. Its 80 degrees in the rooms. And no hot water in the showers. Dont be mislead like the hundreds of others in the past few months.

The road up to the hotel was full of potholes. The toilet flushed slowly. It was hard to control the room temperature. We had to eat breakfast in our room due to construction.

This place is a joke. We booked it for the hot tub and pool for kids. The pool was green and nasty. The hot tub was cold and unuseable. There were no towels and mold everywhere. There was mushrooms growing inside window sills. When brought to staff attention the manager proceeded to grabbed the mushrooms and asked if we wanted to make spaghetti. Eww that can get you sick. The room was small and smelled funny. There was mold in the bathroom. Horrible place to stay. If it wasn’t so late we would’ve went somewhere else. Not happy. !!!!!
