Disgusted

This was the single most disgusting place I have ever rented. Black in the toilet, old popcorn sitting on a shelf and on the floor, the window sash was the wrong size and wouldn’t close, there was mold on the moulding (where there was moulding) holes in the walls, some with attempted repair and other not, every ceiling tile was stained and the lady at the desk kept trying to hustle me for cash. I will be filing a complaint with the health department.

They do note have a room Theu soled me to other hotel The other hotel was very not accepted I left all And fined other hotel Please cancel it ( OYO ) from your list

We arrived at OYO and went into the office. No one was there. A post it had a phone number to call for help. I called and left a voice-mail saying I am leaving please refund my payment. It looked like an abandoned property. There were many red flags. The owner did call as I was leaving saying someone would be coming to check us in, but I said I did not want to stay there. An employee pulled up as we were pulling out as fast as we could. I am surprised that Expedia would even list this property.

Upon arrival there was no toilet paper, and towels. There were no garbage cans or microwave or soap or shampoo and A/C, also sometimes does not pick up the phone, also there’s no WiFi

bad customer service and very dirty i left because there was visible roaches soon as they opened the door for me to the room that was jammed …. the owner’s daughter saw the roaches as soon as the door opened ….i asked for a refund and the owner denied the refund and said they are not obligated to give me one as per the agreement

Rooms are disgustingly dirty, room had trash and cigarettes that were probably resently smoke, no light besie two lamps, all electricul outlets didnt work beside one, broken widowns that are tape off, their cleaning guy/girl cause its to of them dont have no idea what they doing, this hotel is nothing like the pictures

The hot water was broken the shower handle was broken there was no heat the bed was dirty but they didn’t seem to care.

This motel should be condemned.

Booked a King bed room, was given a Queen bed room. Went to the office, and was told that it was a King. After insisting, was given another room, with a King bed.The room barely had heat, on a 30 degree day. The door had no effective seal. There was a letter taped on the door, warning to not drink the water, even stating boiling would make the water worse The driveway, and parking lot was filled with potholes.Like it had been bombed! Any pictures online must have been taken in the 1950's.My wife wanted to sleep in the car.I'm sure this was a quaint motel in it's day, which is long past. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Need an extreme make over

normally do not write reviews, but I had to this time. Please know I only stayed there because I had been driving for 2 days with only 1 hour of sleep. I would have left if I had any more strength to stay woke. I arrived at the hotel around 12:30am-12:45am. I was given the key to room 2. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how cold it was, so I look for anything that could turn up the heat. Found a thermostat, that was blocked at 68 degrees you could not turn the heat up any further. Then I pulled the comforter back to make sure it appeared clean. There was something on the comforter that looked like poop. The shower and toilet were so badly stained. Then to top it off there was a noticed on the door to no drink the water. Now if I cannot drink the water then why would I use it to brush my teeth or wash my body with contaminated water? When I went to the front office to express my grievance, she gave me the keys to room 16. Guess what, that room was cold. But the bed was better. But the toilet, shower, and sink were stained as well. Both bathrooms need to be replaced. We slept in our coats, hats, and gloves to stay warm. This was such a horrible experience. I am disappointed with Oyo hotels in Wilkes-Barre they really need to do better. My overall thoughts are to close this hotel down for a much needed make over!

Run,, flee from the thought of staying at this pla

I’d like to start by saying something nice, the young woman who eventually came to the front desk to check me in was pleasant and kinda cute in her pajamas and fresh nails. The pit bull behind counter was really sweet…. he was probably warning me to stay away… the lot is overflowing with trash, the pictures on the sight are not anything like the current dilapidated premises… there was hot water, but no heat, the rush of the near by highway traffic was soothing as tried to stay warm under two overused blankets. The pillows would have been fine if they weren’t so thin.. the floor hadn’t been swept, the bathroom .. the shower was covered in mold and brown stains… the sink had a century of hard water stains.. a mouse hole in the anti room was filled with the extra wash cloth.. the microwave, I am b pretty sure whatever was growing in it barked at me when I opened the door… pass this property by… sleep in a dumpster it will be better I am certain of it

Would not refund my deposit. Wanted me to text photos of my card and ID. I slept on top of the covers with all of my clothes on. It was frigid even with the heat turned all the way up. Will never stay at another OYO, let alone this location.
