Comfortable stay

Comfortable stay. Suite was very spacious with a big walk in closet. Shower handle was broken and hard to use. Water fountains were also broken. Breakfast was a plus and location was nice.

We stayed here for a brief layover during a vacation from Ottawa to NC. It's a nice hotel, with some cool features such as the outdoor fire pit. Overall the room and hotel were clean and nice, especially for the price we paid, and the staff here are absolutely fantastic!

We liked the size of the room, and the suite layout. Nice shower and sink. Don't like low toilets, but they seem standard. Comfortable bed. Great TV.

Everything was really great, staff was very personable. The TV in the room was in an awkward position though so it was a little uncomfortable to watch as it was hard to see from the beds and the couch and desk area. Also I wish they served real scrambled eggs or omelettes. Don’t care much for the hard boiled eggs but I know many people do. Overall I would highly recommend it.

Besides the property being in A convenient location this place is rundown. The elevators made weird sounds and had a smell of something being on fire along with moving when the door wasn’t even closed. The rooms had broken cabinets outlets not working lights not working in closet rooms also had a smell. Our bedsheets were dirty, had stains on them, and when we went to complain for them to bring us new ones, they told us to put it on ourselves and to bring them back the dirty sheets

Great Stay-Broken Showerhead

Stay was very good. We did have a broken shower and we couldn’t use the handheld or the showerhead. The staff there took care of us at once, however, and switched us to another room in order for us to be able to take showers the next morning so I would say the service was excellent.

We recently stayed overnight for a concert. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was modern, clean, accommodating, and the staff were so friendly. We would definitely recommend. It's close to plenty of shopping and restaurants, and the ski resort.
