Take a dip in the plunge pool while you ask Alexa to play your favorite tunes or check out the game room for some air hockey. This beautiful cabin in the Smoky Mountains is perfect for your entire family!

Mimosa 1 can comfortably accommodate 18 guests with its two king, five twin and two queen beds plus two sofas and an air mattress or two. Just in case someone brings along a friend, we can also accommodate additional guests on air mattresses or sofas.

Adults can enjoy the tranquil forest views or relax in the soothing hot tub while catching up on their latest TV shows on the outdoor TV. The kids are putting their gaming skills to the test on the arcade games. Later, take a dip in the plunge pool. The attractions of Pigeon Forge (20 min) and downtown Gatlinburg (50 min) sit right around the corner from this cabin’s location in breathtaking Sevierville, Tennessee.

Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We'd love to help if you're interested or have questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers but we don’t want any confusion so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
– no confetti or tape on walls (or anything else that would cause damage)

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests aged 18-21 and requires Stay Minty’s express written permission and a paid security deposit of $500 to be collected separately.. Contact us for details prior to booking. 

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio.

GUEST REGISTRATION
Upon booking with us, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you'll find reservation and property details, access codes and other pertinent information. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver's license and a selfie (don't worry - it's super simple!). Airbnb guests with a ""VERIFIED"" profile are pre-registered and aren't required to go through this process.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for.
- $249 / per pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit –
Includes paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
