It was 104 degrees and the pool was closed the entire stay
Batteries were missing in remotes, there where dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No pool at all and it was so hot, I booked this site for the shared pool. Gorgeous cabin and clean.

We have stayed in many cabins in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Our experience at this cabin was not as positive as the others. We were not able to use the hot tub on the night we arrived. There were issues with the TV's (no batteries in remotes, no instructions for Direct TV or a channel guide). The ironing board was broken and unusable. We had planned to cook our own meals, but the kitchen had very limited utensils/supplies and no hot pad or oven mitts to use with the stove. Communication with property manager was not timely (4 hours before response) or helpful. Had to contact Evolve to get issues resolved.

Lovely cabin
Had everything we expected. Nice, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. The kitchen is well stock except for the absence of hotpads for removing pans from the oven. (we used washcloths from the bathroom) Also, bring charcoal if you're planning to use the grill.

Great Time
We enjoyed the Sevierville area as well as Cades Cove where we saw bear. unfortunately we had a medical emergency & had to end our stay after only 3 days when we had planned to be in the area 7 days. Would highly recommend this area for vacationers.

No outdoor lighting, cabin was not cleaned, we had to call the owner for code to inter the resort and code for cabin door because the company that manages the property did not give us the right information. Also we did not have TV service and we had to look for the modem for find the password for the internet because they give us the wrong information. Will never stay again in a property managed by Evole better off at a hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, however there are a few things that were disappointing. First of all a book with the gate code and other helpful information about the cabin would have been nice. We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the jetted tub because there was not enough hot water to cover the jets. The cabin was dusty and the stove top was dirty. Also after paying a cleaning fee I felt it was ridiculous to have to strip beds and bring towels to the washer and dryer.

The Cabin was a nice cozy place. Family of five (2 adults, 2 teens, 2yr old), found enough space. The fireplace was great! Location is quiet from everything, but a 5 minute drive to everything.

Broken board trips my son hurts his foot , ac would NOT keep up coldest the cabin got was like 73, Cobb Webb’s everywhere, and the hot tub was so slimy there’s no way it was changed like I was charged for.

Perfect family cabin!
Cabin was everything listed and more. Close to towns and activities, yet still secluded enough to relax and enjoy vacation. Kids had fun swimming in the hot tub and community pool. Definitely recommend staying here!

You get what you pay for
I will start off that this cabin was by far the lowest cost cabin in this community. With that being said you get what you pay for. The cabin was nice, and stocked with many items such as games, new towels and fresh bedding and salt for the upcoming snowstorm we had. Some things need to be updated and repaired. Form the bedroom clothes draw to the water stain on the celling. At the end of the day we were happy with our stay and for the value we would stay again. Location was great and the cabin had wonderful views

We have stayed at multiple cabins in Hidden Springs. By far the best cabin. Updated appliances, fully stocked kitchenware, fast internet, DirectTV package, comfortable bed and excellent view! Joe is very responsive as an owner and had the cabin looking spectacular. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
