No WiFi password provided. Bed was hard as a rock. Convenient location. Easy access to the highway, gas station McDonald’s subway all close by. The Luxembourg restaurant across the street is amazing.

Mold on shower tiles, no elevator in room, door keys worked not correctly and rooms are seriously outdated, stuck in the 80’s.

Property is good. They have everything that you need, but you suppose to ask: coffee for coffee maker in the room, change towels, soap. It’s good enough for money we paid

Would not recommend this dump. Spider web in side door. Always unlocked unsecure. No daily room service. Splash on paint job. No upgrades to speak of. Poor Poor unkept dump.

I was pleasantly surprised by what I found here. The room I was in was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Looks like the rooms and hallways were recently nicely renovated. Staff was okay. The only thing that was a little scary was Spider webs with spiders outside my second floor room.

Listen if I walked into a park hyatt and it looked like this I would be giving a low rating, but for a budget friendly option I thought it exceeded my expectations, especially given the lackluster reviews. It was clean and convenient and I felt secure there with my kid. The rooms - especially the furniture - are a bit dated and the towels were straight up bad. But the flooring and paint job in my room looked relatively new. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke and I did not smell it at all like some reviewers have complained. My understanding is that the management has recently changed and i think they are legitimately making improvements. I walked in nervous because of the reviews but for the price point this was a good find.

NO frills...but Perfectly clean and fine for a place to lay your head. We were visiting relatives. Staff were training in a person and were delightfully awesome. Right across the street are all tge tgings you may need for the evening. Appreciated the "quiet" etiquette after 10 pm. The 9nly thing id change is greasing and changing tge tension of the fire exit doors. Too much ker slam! But thats certainty fixable! My husband lamented not having the tools...lol.

The carpet had a bad smell, the window curtain had mold and there were a couple of large slices in it. There were not enough towels, even after requesting more twice, and there were no hand towels to speak of. The room was dark and there was no lighting in the entryway of the room and one of the corners. WE requested a rollaway bed and it was comfortable.
