No frills, thats what the price suggests and they did not disappoint. The floors were squeaky so light sleepers were awakened both by walkers in room as well as upstairs. Bed and bathroom were clean and bed reasonably comfortable.

Property starts off strong by sending you a giant list of rules and ways that they can charge you more money. My room smelled like sweaty pigs feet mixed with an attempt at a pinesol cover up. Front desk guy was really nice though. Parking lot was dark, in rough shape and looked stabby. Outside of the building looked like something out of a horror movie.

Overall it was good, just need to ensure room is clean. I am not sure why all the towels were replaced and the used ones were left behind the door?

It's a two star hotel but I would stay here again. The bed was good, the AC was quiet, there was plenty of hot water, the TV was fine and the room was clean. Strangly the windows open fully but there are no screens. When we arrived several rooms had the doors open and the windows wide open as well. Airing them out I suppose but we soon found out why this was a bad idea. We had at least 5 flies in the room. If they want to use this method they should put screens on the windows. The worst problem though was only one ice machine and it did not work. That is kind of a basic amenity you expect in any hotel.

The staff was accommodating and gave reminder call before 11 before just canceling reservation to be sure we were still coming. I appreciated that. BUT Expedia booked one bed instead of 2 & they would not help to fix the reservation. so in addition to the cost on expedia for the wrong room. I had to pay extra fees for another bed & room w/2 beds a cost for "upgrading" directly to hotel for a room w/2 beds. There was dead/alive bugs in room & hallway it needed to have a good vaccumming. Inside establishment was old & run down. NO Elevators. Not HANDICAP friendly at all TV did not work properly had to go to the front desk 2 to get them to come fix a visibably broken cord and fix a fuse/router. Beds where old, wore out & you could literally feel every spring in the bed. No screens on the windows so bugs/wasps flew in when I had the window open. The bathrooms are beyond small. No carpeting in room cold dirty floors and an adult can barely close the door to go to the restroom and have enough leg room to do so. NOT RECOMMENEDED!!! 1-2 STARS 🌟 out of 5 very displeased.
