This was the easiest, nicest check-in I have ever experienced. It was an adorable little cabin I stayed in that was clean and had everything I needed. It was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here.

A gem! Individual cabins, well equipped with very comfortable bed (super soft sheets!!) and thick bath towels. Owners were very helpful to make arrangements for our arrival after the front desk/check in was closed. Property was easy to access and the Fix coffee shop nearby makes a fantastic voodoo chai latte. We only stayed one night but if we were going to be in the area for longer, I would have happily stayed there for a few more. Totally recommend!!

Classic roadside motel. My absolute favorite when they are well run and maintained. And the Z Bar nails it both on top notch rooms / cabins and customer service. We loved our stay and will seek them out again the next time we pass through Buffalo.

Fun Log Cabin

We always like to stay somewhere that is not your ordinary hotel room and the Z Bar Motel did not disappoint. The room was big enough that we could come back from a day of driving around and sit comfortably and relax. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t bump into each other while using the restroom or the sink. We were in the cabin right next to the road but due to it being log - it was not that noticeable. The little refrigerator really cranks on the cold. It was starting to get cool in Wyoming but we never needed to turn on the heater and boy is it dark at night - you can almost forget what time it is.

Very nice, clean and had everything needed for our stay. The door was pretty noisey to open and shut. We were able to have our pet with us and he needed out often. It was hard to keep quiet for the other cabins in the early morning hours when our pet needed out. Other than that, we enjoyed the facility and our stay.

The room assigned bore no resemblence to the advertized rooms. The sound from the in-wall air conditioner was like driving on a busy highway at 70 mph and opening the windows. Floor was sticky and the lounge chaie had a dirty throw cover over it. The cost was over that of other area rooms. While they checked off the list of ammenities, the quality of these was poor to marginal.

Our "log cabin' room was great! Check in was easy. My favorite part was the grassy area in the middle of the place. There were picnic tables to hang out at or eat dinner, etc. it is dog friendly, too!
